Refund policy

We are here to make your return/refund/exchange as easy as possible!

Wrong item received?

  • Please email hello@nomadiceffects.com with your order number, last name and the order issue. We will provide a shipping label free of charge to ship back the incorrect item. 
  • We will ship the correct item via USPS Priority Mail and provide new tracking information as soon as the label is created.

Damaged item received? 

  • Please email hello@nomadiceffects.com with your order number, last name and a description of the issue. We will provide a shipping label free of charge to ship back the damaged item.
  • We will ship the replaced item via USPS Priority Mail and provide new tracking information as soon as the label is created. 

Changed your mind? 

  • We will provide a full refund for any unopened products within 30 days from the day they are received.
  • Please email hello@nomadiceffects.com with your order number, last name and reason for return/exchange. We will provide a shipping label free of charge to ship back any unopened item. 
  • Once we receive your unopened items, we will process a full refund within 3-5 business days. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for the bank to process our refund request. 

Exchanging opened items? 

  • If you are unsatisfied with the product you received, we would be happy to provide store credit for a new product of your choice of equal to or lesser value. 
  • Please email hello@nomadiceffects.com with your order number, last name and reason for the exchange. 
  • No need to ship back the opened item, just let us know the item you would like to exchange. We will ship the new item via USPS First Class Mail and provide new tracking information as soon as the label is created.
